Training young singers
The Maîtrise is a choir made up of boys and girls aged 8 to 18, with rehearsals every Wednesday plus a monthly workshop, on the cathedral's premises.
Touring for concerts and conventions
The choir gives around ten concerts during the school year. The season is also punctuated by a number of training courses and a summer tour, as well as events for vulnerable audiences (retirement homes, hospitals, etc.).
Participation in masses and religious ceremonies
The Maîtrise regularly performs at Sunday mass at Saint-Etienne Cathedral, as well as at various ceremonies (weddings, baptisms, etc.) around the cathedral.
Our mission
The Maîtrise de la Cathédrale Saint-Étienne de Toulouse, founded in 1936 by Abbé G.
